In the western part of Sicily, Marsala wines are emblematic and representative of the values associated with sweet and fortified wines. For this reason, the organizers chose this region to hold the first tasting session dedicated to sweet and fortified wines.
The objective of this session is to direct the attention of the media to these specific wines and, in particular, to the richness of Sicilian sweet and liqueur wines, such as Marsala, Passito di Pantelleria, Malvasia delle Lipari, Moscato di Noto, DOCs based on Zibbibo, Malvasia, etc.
